The secure merchant application will take you approximately 20 to 30 minutes to complete. There are icons in the application that will popup help windows to guide you through the process.

You will need to have the following information available:

  • General Information: Legal and DBA (Doing Business As) name, Business address, and name and title of legal business signer, Business telephone number, fax number (if applicable), contact name, E-mail address, and Internet site address. Physical location information, type of ownership, and federal tax ID or SSN, date your business began and what your business sells.
  • Sales Data & Business Information: Total estimated monthly credit card sales volume and estimated average ticket amount, credit card refund/return policy, manufacturer of products (if any) and order fulfillment process information.
  • Current credit card processing information: Name, address and phone number of current bankcard provider, merchant number (if any).
  • Business Owner Information: Names, addresses, phone numbers of first/second owner, partner, or officer, Title and SSN of person(s) listed.
  • Banking Information: Bank name and address, Contact name and phone number and routing numbers (have a voided check available for this information).
